Overnight cycling ftw
Recently went for overnight cycling trip from Pasir Ris to Changi, then to Tampines and back to Pasir Ris.
40+ km...
Don't feel tired though. hahas
Met Brandon, Zul and Sherman at Tpy first. Ate BK's redang burger...not very nice...
Realised we were late and headed for Pasir Ris. Met up with Di Kai and took a bus but left Sherman to take taxi somehwere hahas
Went there and met with Monti. We were all stressing on wheter to rent the bike for Zafir who still haven't come, his phone cannot contact also...
Finally before Brandon could make the final decision, Zafir sent a message to Monti, he had to go overseas or something.
Luckily he send or we would have rented another bike just for him, then have to cycle it with us.
Also found out, the bike shop opens at 9...so had to stay awake till 9am from 12..
After that went downtown east to watch soccer from mac. Too full. So watch from monti's lappy. But too freaking laggy. So Di Kai, Sherman, Zul and I played Big 2. lol not sure how to spell it in hokkien.
Played until 12 midnight then go cycle.
Oh yea, Zul chose a bike that had a cool looking seat. But it could lean back and its point was like stabbing at your ass. Nicknamed the surprise butt sex seat. He cannot take the pain, so I rode it. Damn painful...
First went to changi village. Eat some nasi lemak that a lot of people say very nice. I didn't buy but they say it was so-so.
Cycle until pass Changi airport. Cycle next to the run way...damn long..must be like 5+ km???
Then went to the roads leading to highways...cannot cycle on them, so we headed back looking for another exit. But all our maps showed dead ends...
cycle back and forth like crazy...all while that bike seat was stabbing my ass...
Finally meet a nice taxi driver, told us got a way that we didn't see. From the second exit, actually got a third exit deeper in leading into the city...
Cycle towards East Coast Park...but got lost somewhere...cannot find the park connecter. End up at Temasek poly...backtrack again...
Finally end up at the park connecter because di kai know the way. Then we found out need to cycle like 8km to east coast...like wth...
Di kai said he used up all his energy already, at first he was cycling in the front..suddenly go to the back with me..damn hard to cycle with that seat. So i had to cycle standing up...plus the gear was freaking loose...
We cycle like 2km before we stopped. The whole road had sand on it...very hard to cycle...then we decided to just head straight for Pasir Ris park...found a stretch of road that if we head down, will go to downtown east...
Suddenly everyone gain energy to cycle. Cycle like crazy...should be around 6 hours since we started. Took another hour to reach downtown. After that, lock the bikes and go mac and slack...at 7 don't really have a lot of people so can just lie about..so nice...
Then people start coming in, so we go to e-hub. A lot of shops haven't open. So just sit on the chair and sleep...no one disturb us..
Around 8:45 we go to back to the bike shop and waited. Returned and headed for 88. Straight back home..slacking on the seat the whole time.
10:30 reached home. Then 11:15 go out again...went with Adriel, his bro and his bro's friend to Kino..look at a lot of books. Found this zombie apocalypse survival guide and sat there reading...waited for jose to come. Then we walk about, went to borders and look at more books..not many interesting books there...
Split up with Adriel's bro and his friend and went with Adriel and Jose to play LFD2...hahas epicly fun.
Killing zombies with friends is definite fun.
Went back home and still got time to play PS3...
Stayed awake for around 40 hours..then slept for like 14...lol
